Usage Policy
eustella Usage Policies
Last updated: 16.04.2026
These Usage Policies explain how you may - and may not - use eustella and its Services. They form part of the eustella Terms of Use.
We build for trust. eustella is a European AI platform built on privacy, transparency, and safety. These Usage Policies reflect those values. They set clear expectations so that everyone can use eustella safely and responsibly.
Responsible use is shared. We assume good faith from our users. These policies set a reasonable bar for acceptable use, but they are no substitute for your own legal obligations, professional duties, or ethical judgment. For guidance on the capabilities, limitations, and risks of AI - including hallucinations, over-reliance, and emotional attachment - please read our Safety Guidelines.
We enforce fairly. We monitor and enforce these policies with privacy safeguards in place and clear review processes. Breaking or circumventing our rules may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of your account. If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by contacting support@eustella.com, and we will work to make things right.
We update as we learn. People use AI in new ways every day. We update these policies to keep pace - to avoid being overly restrictive and to better protect our users. We reserve the right to restrict access where we reasonably believe it necessary to protect our Services, our users, or anyone else.
Your use of eustella must follow these Usage Policies:

Respect privacy
People are entitled to privacy. eustella is built on this principle. You may not use eustella to compromise the privacy of others, including to collect, aggregate, monitor, profile, or distribute any person's private or sensitive information without their authorisation. In particular, you may never use eustella for:
- building or contributing to facial recognition databases without the data subject's explicit consent
- real-time remote biometric identification of persons in publicly accessible spaces
- using a person's likeness - including photorealistic images or voice - without their consent, in ways that could create confusion about authenticity
- evaluating or classifying individuals based on their social behaviour, personal traits, or biometric data, including social scoring, profiling, or inferring sensitive attributes such as political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or health status
- inferring a person's emotions in workplaces or educational settings, except where strictly necessary for medical or safety reasons
- assessing or predicting the risk that a person will commit a criminal offence based solely on personal traits or profiling
These prohibitions align with the practices prohibited under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
Keep minors safe
Children and young people deserve special protection. eustella is designed to prevent harm and support their well-being, and must never be used to exploit, endanger, or sexualise anyone under 18 years old. We report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child endangerment to the competent national authorities and, where applicable, through the INHOPE network. You may not use eustella for:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether or not any portion is AI-generated
- grooming of minors
- exposing minors to age-inappropriate content, including graphic self-harm, sexual, or violent material
- promoting unhealthy dieting or exercise behaviour to minors
- shaming or stigmatising the body type or appearance of minors
- dangerous challenges directed at minors

- facilitating minors' access to age-restricted goods, services, or activities
Empower people
People should be able to make informed decisions about their lives and communities. You may not use eustella to manipulate or deceive people, to interfere with the exercise of their fundamental rights, to exploit vulnerabilities, or to obstruct access to education or critical services. In particular, you may not use eustella for:
- academic dishonesty
- deceit, fraud, scams, spam, or impersonation

- legal proceedings
- healthcare
- essential government services
- product safety

Use the agent responsibly
eustella can take actions on your behalf - sending messages, modifying files, interacting with connected services, and in the future performing transactions in the real world. This capability comes with responsibility. You may not use eustella's agentic features to:
- perform actions you are not authorised to perform, or that exceed the permissions you have been granted by a third party
- circumvent access controls, authentication mechanisms, or usage limits of any connected third-party service
- initiate transactions, purchases, or financial commitments without your own explicit authorisation or in a manner designed to obscure what is being committed to
- send communications (emails, messages, calendar invitations, or any other form of outreach) that impersonate another person, that are unsolicited bulk messages, or that are intended to harass, deceive, or defraud
- automate interactions with third-party services in a way that violates those services' terms of use
- use connected accounts or services to access, extract, or exfiltrate another person's data without their consent
You are responsible for all actions eustella takes on your behalf. Review the agent's proposed actions before confirming them, particularly for actions that are irreversible, financially consequential, or that affect other people. For more on how agentic features work and how to use them safely, see our Safety Guidelines.
No military or surveillance use
eustella is built in neutral Austria, independent by principle. eustella may not be used for:
- military applications, including targeting, intelligence analysis, command and control, or autonomous weapons systems
- mass surveillance, bulk data collection for monitoring populations, or tracking individuals on behalf of any state or non-state actor
- national security or intelligence purposes without our prior written review and approval
- law enforcement profiling, predictive policing, or criminal risk scoring
Respect intellectual property and transparency
eustella generates AI content and can act in the real world on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Output does not infringe the rights of others. In particular:
- do not represent AI-generated Output as human-created when disclosure is required by law, by professional standards, or when the distinction materially affects the recipient
- do not use eustella to generate content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others
- do not use Output to develop AI models that compete with eustella
Report misuse
If you encounter content or behaviour on eustella that violates these Usage Policies, please report it to safety@eustella.com. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.
