Sharing & Publication Policy
eustella Sharing & Publication Policy
Last updated: 16.04.2026
This Sharing & Publication Policy sets out the rules for when you share, publish, or distribute Content generated with or through eustella. It forms part of the eustella Terms of Use.
eustella helps you create, draft, research, and act. Much of what you do with eustella will stay private to you. But when you share Output with others - whether by publishing it online, sending it through eustella's agentic features, or using it in a professional or public context - additional responsibilities apply.
1. You are responsible for what you share
You are responsible for all Content you share, publish, send, or distribute using or based on eustella's Output. Before sharing, you should review the Content for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness. eustella's Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Sharing unverified Output - particularly in contexts where others may rely on it - is done at your own risk.
2. Disclose AI involvement where required or appropriate
When you share or publish Content generated or substantially shaped by eustella, you must disclose the involvement of AI in the following situations:
Required by law. Under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Article 50), you must disclose that content has been artificially generated or manipulated when it constitutes a deep fake (realistic AI-generated images, audio, or video depicting real persons, places, or events) or when AI-generated text is published with the purpose of informing the public on matters of public interest - unless the content has been subject to a human editorial review process where a natural person holds editorial responsibility. These obligations apply from 2 August 2026 at the latest, but eustella encourages early adoption.
Required by professional standards. If your profession, institution, or context requires disclosure of AI assistance - for example in academic work, journalism, legal filings, or regulated professional services - you must comply with those requirements.
Expected by your audience. Even where not legally required, you should disclose AI involvement where the distinction between human-created and AI-generated content would materially affect how the recipient understands, evaluates, or relies on the content. Transparency builds trust.
Artistic and creative exception. Where AI-generated content forms part of an evidently artistic, creative, satirical, or fictional work, the disclosure obligation is limited to making the AI origin known in an appropriate manner that does not hamper the display or enjoyment of the work - for example, in credits, metadata, or an accompanying note.
3. Do not misrepresent AI-generated content
You may not present eustella's Output as human-created when the distinction matters. Specifically:
You may not use eustella to create content that impersonates a real person - including their voice, likeness, or writing style - without that person's explicit consent and in a manner that could mislead others about the content's authenticity.
You may not use eustella to generate fake testimonials, reviews, endorsements, news articles, or official documents and present them as authentic.
You may not submit eustella's Output as your own original work in contexts where originality is a requirement - including academic assignments, competitive submissions, or applications - unless AI assistance is explicitly permitted and disclosed.
4. Respect the privacy of others
When sharing Content generated by eustella, you must not disclose personal data of other individuals without a lawful basis under the GDPR. This is particularly important when:
Content includes personal data retrieved from Connected Services (such as calendar entries, contact details, or files from cloud storage) that relates to people other than you.
Content includes information about identifiable individuals that was part of your Input or derived from your conversations with eustella.
You use eustella's agentic features to send communications, share documents, or take actions that affect other people. Before eustella sends any content to or about another person, ensure that doing so is lawful, appropriate, and respectful of their privacy.
5. Content shared through agentic features
When eustella acts on your behalf - for example by sending an email, scheduling a meeting, posting a message, or sharing a file - the Content of that action is shared with third parties. The following rules apply:
You authorise the sharing. By confirming an agentic action, you instruct eustella to share the relevant Content on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing the content and the recipient before confirming.
Disclosure of AI involvement. When eustella sends a communication on your behalf, the communication should not create the false impression that it was personally written by you if that distinction would materially affect the recipient. Where appropriate, consider including a note that the message was drafted with AI assistance.
Third-party terms. Content shared through Connected Services is subject to the terms and conditions of those services. eustella is not responsible for how third-party platforms process, display, or distribute content once it has been sent.
6. Content involving third-party intellectual property
You may not use eustella to generate and share content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. This includes reproducing substantial portions of copyrighted works, generating content that imitates the distinctive style of a creator in a way that creates confusion about the source, or using trademarks in a misleading manner.
Where eustella's Output includes or is based on content from third-party sources (for example, information retrieved through Connected Services or referenced in Output), you are responsible for ensuring that your use and sharing of that content complies with any applicable licences, terms of use, or legal restrictions.
7. Content shared publicly
If you share eustella's Output publicly - for example on social media, in a blog post, in a publication, or in a public presentation - the following additional expectations apply:
Accuracy. You bear sole responsibility for verifying factual claims before publishing them. eustella's Output should not be treated as a verified source.
Attribution. You are not required to attribute content to eustella, but you must not attribute it to another person or source if that attribution would be false or misleading.
No endorsement. Sharing Output does not imply that eustella, AI Newsrooms Technology GmbH, or any affiliated entity endorses, verifies, or takes responsibility for the content.
8. Content in professional and regulated contexts
If you use eustella to assist with work in a professional or regulated context - such as legal, medical, financial, journalistic, or academic work - you remain fully responsible for the final output and for complying with all applicable professional and regulatory obligations. See also Section 5 of the eustella Service Terms (Regulated Professional Activities).
In particular:
In journalism and public-interest publishing, AI-generated text must be disclosed where it informs the public on matters of public interest and has not been subject to effective human editorial control.
In academic and educational settings, you must comply with your institution's policies on the use of AI tools. Submitting AI-generated work as your own without disclosure may constitute academic misconduct.
In legal and regulatory filings, you are responsible for the accuracy and admissibility of all content. Do not submit AI-generated content to courts, authorities, or regulatory bodies without appropriate review by a qualified professional.
9. Our right to act
We may remove, restrict, or flag content shared through eustella if we become aware that it violates this Sharing & Publication Policy, the Usage Policies, or applicable law. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously violate this policy.
10. Report violations
If you encounter content shared by another eustella user that you believe violates this policy, please report it to safety@eustella.com.
