eustella Business Terms

These Business Terms apply where eustella is used for business, professional, or organisational purposes — including use of the eustella API Platform — rather than as a consumer.

Currently agreed individually. At this stage, eustella's business and API terms are arranged case by case with each partner and business customer. Pricing, usage limits, service scope, support, and commercial conditions are set out in the individual agreement we conclude with you, which governs your business use of the Services together with our Terms of Use, Usage Policy, and Service Terms.

Because these terms are individually negotiated, the consumer-specific provisions of the Terms of Use — in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal — do not apply to business purchases.

Data protection. Where eustella processes personal data on your behalf in connection with your business use, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
