eustella Opens the Beta: Web App Launches with 1,000 New Spots

eustella web app — personalised greeting, suggested prompts, and chat input running in the browser on European infrastructure

eustella opens the beta to a wider audience today. As of 22 May 2026, the eustella web app is live at eustella.com, and 1,000 new beta spots are now available. Limited places, first come first served.

2,500 Europeans have been using eustella through the closed beta so far — across every country in the EU, in almost every language, with a super active community shaping the product day after day. Today we are opening the door to the next wave.

What is new

Web app. eustella now runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — on desktop, laptop, and tablet. No install, no app store, no waiting in line. Open eustella.com, sign in, and the assistant is one click away.

1,000 new beta spots. We are opening a fresh round of beta access alongside the web launch. Spots are limited and will be allocated in the order people sign up.

Same product, more surfaces. The Android app on Google Play and the iOS app (in final App Store review) keep running alongside the web app. Conversations, agents, scheduled tasks, and integrations sync across every surface — start something on your phone, finish it in the browser.

What you can do on day one

The web app ships with everything beta members have been using:

  • Hyperpersonalised chat — eustella remembers your context across sessions and learns your preferences over time.
  • Agents — create custom agents for recurring workflows, research, drafting, or analysis.
  • Scheduled tasks — let eustella run jobs in the background and report back.
  • Tool integrations — connect eustella to the services and data sources you already use.
  • Almost every language — eustella chats in the language you write to it, from the major European languages to most of the world's most widely spoken ones.
  • File and document analysis — upload, summarise, extract, translate.
  • Voice input — start a conversation by speaking, right from the chat bar.

Everything runs on European and open-source AI models, in EU data centres, with no training on user conversations.

A European community

eustella is in active daily use across every country in the European Union. The beta community runs conversations, builds agents, automates tasks, and pushes the product in directions we did not predict — in almost every language they write to it. That community is the reason eustella ships as fast as it does.

What stays the same

eustella is still built in Europe, for Europe, by newsrooms.ai, an independent AI company based in Vienna, Austria. No Big Tech investors. No military contracts. No training on your conversations. All data stored and processed in the EU, under GDPR and the EU AI Act.

The product is still labelled beta because we are shipping fast — weekly updates, new features, and rapid iteration on user feedback. Expect rough edges; expect them to be fixed quickly.

How to claim a spot

Open eustella.com, click Join our Beta!, and register with your email. The 1,000 spots are allocated in signup order, so earlier is better. Existing beta accounts work in the web app with the same login.

If you miss this round, the newsletter is the best way to hear about the next one.

Thank you

To the 2,500 Europeans who have been with us through the beta so far — thank you. Your conversations, your bug reports, your feature requests, your patience with the rough edges, and your willingness to use a European AI before it was the easy choice are what made today possible. The web app, the new spots, the roadmap ahead — all of it is built on what you helped us learn.

See you in the chat.
